Warm Up With St. James Charitable Chili & Chowder Cookoff

Tickets on sale for 6th annual event.

Tickets now are on sale for the sixth annual Chili & Chowder Cookoff being organized as a fundraiser by St. James Men of Charity in Basking Ridge.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, at the St. James School gymnasium, 200 S. Finley Ave., Basking Ridge. Tickets are $40 apiece, and babysitting is available.

Proceeds from the annual event, which each year offers samples of different types of chilis and chowders, go to benefit acts of kindness and service inside and outside of the parish community, according to the church-based organization.
