BEDMINSTER LAND USE BOARD - KDC/SANOFI/KIRBY INDUSTRIAL POWER PLANT

KDC Solar, a Bedminster based company, has an application before the Bedminster Land Use Board (LUB) to construct a 41,000 solar panel industrial power plant in a residential zone, to serve a multi-national company, Sanofi, in Bridgewater.

To do this they will destroy farmland, forest and wetlands. There is more then adequate space at the Sanofi campus to accommodate the panels on roof tops, parking lot canopies and industrial zoned land. KDC Solar insists on pursuing the more environmentally destructive solution.

This application, if approved, would bust Bedminster's zoning and master plan. It must be STOPPED. Please show your opposition support by attending the LUB hearings and contributing to the cause. See preservebedminster.com for more info and donation process.

The next LUB meeting is Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 7:00pm at Bedminster Municipal Building. Please attend.
