Oh Baby! Fitness offers new moms a way to work out with their babies and gain support from other women. All of our instructors are specially certified to teach prenatal and postnatal fitness courses, so exercise is fun and safe. Classes will include Stroller Workouts and Mom & Baby Fitness.
Join us for a FREE 30 minute demo class on Monday, 12/9 and 12/16 at
9:30am with Stroller Workout AND Wednesday, 12/11 and 12/18 at 11:30am with Mom
